Requirements :

  • Proven success in a sales role within the surfaces, construction materials, or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in Local Language is highly desirable, allowing effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and relationship-building with local clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of surfaces, laminates, or related furniture & interior industry materials.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or sales events.
